Ahlsell has signed an agreement to acquire Tarviketukku (Lognet Team Oy). The company is a technical distributor with a broad product portfolio and an annual turn over of 4.5 mEUR.
Tarviketukku offers a wide range of tools, personal protective equipment, supplies, chemicals and fastening products primarily to construction companies, electrical and VS installers, facility managers and companies operating in the transport sector.
The acquisition strengthens our current position by broadening our product range and expanding our customer base, which gives us the opportunity to strengthen our offering to new and existing customers.
The acquisition is expected to be completed in November.
