ACQUISITION STRATEGY

Ahlsell’s goal is to be the market leader within all product areas in each market. The goal will be achieved using both organic growth and acquisitions.

Potential acquisitions are made in order to expand geographically. This allows us to spread our customer base, which in its turn allows us to process a larger market, in line with Ahlsell's concept. It is, however, a condition that the acquisition takes place within the Group's existing product sectors. The growth in acquisitions creates a potential for cost-savings through purchasing arrangements, as well as in IT, administration and logistics that are coordinated with Ahlsell's other companies.
