Today, there are significantly stricter requirements to both the technology content of the products and the diversity in product range, in both design and cost perspectives.
In total, the Ahlsell product range amounts to around 500,000 articles. The increased demands to general partnerships favour large companies that, to a greater extent than the smaller players, have the resources to meet customer demands. Major general partnerships have, for example, better preconditions for delivering alternative and cheaper products through direct import from manufacturers.
