THE BRAND

Basically, the brand concerns attitudes, i.e. the invisible keys that determine the organisation’s actions in its operations. Customer relations, and through them the conditions for commercial activities, are influenced by how Ahlsell is regarded in society. For this reason, Ahlsell places great significance on working with the brand, and trust-building provision of information to various interested parties. This work takes place on a daily basis in our stores and in meetings with customers, suppliers and journalists etc. Therefor we have created guidelines to help all employees to work towards the same goal.
