Ahlsell Group’s subsidary FEB AS has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Vaga Tehnika Eesti Oü from A & O Johansen A/S, Denmark. The company has an annual turnover of approximately 4,4 mEUR.
Vaga Tehnika is a wholesale company based in Tallinn and has a strong market position in water supply, wastewater, natural gas and industry, as well as a range of tools offered to the construction industry.
Vaga Tehnika’s customers are mainly entrepreneurs and municipalities. The acquisition is a strategically important part of Ahlsell Group’s investment in Estonia and strengthens our position in the area through an increased customer base and a broader product range.
Closing date is subject to the approval of the Estonian Competition Authority.
