9/6/2022 6:43 AM Ahlsell Danmark ApS announces extension of the offer period for its public offer for the shares in Sanistål A/S

In accordance with section 5.2 of the offer document dated 7 June 2022, Ahlsell Danmark ApS hereby announces its decision to extend the offer period until 24 October 2022 at 17:00 (CET). The decision is based on necessary regulatory approvals still being pending.

Through purchases made during the offer period, Ahlsell Danmark ApS as of 2 September 2022 owns 583,828 shares in Sanistål A/S and section 3.5 of the offer document shall be amended accordingly.

Ahsell Danmark ApS has been informed that on a preliminary basis acceptances have been received for 1,465,733 shares, equal to 12,29%, which together with shares allready acquired and shares to be acquired by the Share Purchase Agreements with the Major Shareholders, totals approximately 92,68% of the shares.

Thus, if the offer becomes unconditional and is completed Ahsell Danmark ApS expects to be able to compulsory acquire any other shares in Sanistål A/S.

All other terms and conditions of the offer are unchanged. Shareholders who have already accepted the offer do not need to take any further action.

The extension of the offer period and the terms hereof are set out in the attached supplement II to the offer document which also includes a new acceptance form for ordinary shareholders.

Unless the offer period is extended again, Ahlsell Danmark ApS will announce the result of the offer no later than twenty-four (24) hours after expiry of the offer period.
