Variable remuneration

The variable remuneration is based on the outcome in relation to individual targets. The division between fixed salary and variable remuneration shall be in proportion to the executive's responsibilities and authority. For the CEO, the variable remuneration is capped at 80% of fixed salary. For other senior executives, the variable remuneration is capped at 33-60% of fixed salary. The variable compensation can amount to maximum 14 MSEK.
