12/5/2016 2:00 PM Ahlsell acquires the operations in Värmematerial VVS Aktiebolag
Today Ahlsell has reached an agreement with Värmematerial VVS Aktiebolag to acquire the operations of the company. Värmematerial VVS Aktiebolag has an annual turnover of approximately 80 MSEK and more than 20 employees.
Värmematerial is a full range wholesale company within heating and sanitation, with warehouse and headquarters in Nässjö, and two branches in Borås and Visby.
"Through the acquisition of this business we strengthen our position in the heating and sanitation within the market where Värmematerial operates”, says Group CEO Johan Nilsson in a statement.
Closing is set to December 6, 2016, and the acquisition is expected to have a marginal positive effect on Ahlsell's result.
