Reduce by 20% the environmental impact of waste in relation to the comparative period

Operations the size of our central warehouses naturally generate and handle a lot of waste; for example, in the form of packaging. So as to be able to deal with this and recycle as much as possible, we have developed an effective system which includes the placement of several sorting stations throughout our three central warehouses. All in all, this will help us achieve our twin goals of reducing waste and increasing the materials recycling rate* by 20%.

* The combustible fraction, also known as energy recycling, is not included in the material recycling section.

The proportion of waste that is recycled is 56% for the stores and 92% for the central warehouses.
